I’m blogging today about the direction of my business and how intention and positive thinking and unending faith support who you are.

Two years ago, I became so interested in getting back to Corporate Industry work.  I worked in the federal government for over 20 years and in that time worked as a contracting officers representative therefore working with the Corporate world through contracting.

What I have found in my business that we are one in the same person whether it be in our personal life or our business life.  The decisions that we make in one are the same way we make decisions in the other.

As an Intuitve Consultant to the Corporate World I am able to work with the CEO’s about the future direction of the company.  Together we create a plan from past experiences for that person and look at them in the present tense and where there would take the business into the future.

This is exciting because I am able to use my God given talents to assist companies change the internal dialogue of the business to create the external dialogue that they want to be seen with the associates.  I work with the moral of the Leaders and employees.  Work on the energy of the space and how that is affecting the Company.

The reason for doing this is that when you look at your past your dialogue with yourself changes and the end result a clear direction for the finances of your company changes, which mean an increase in revenue and isn’t that the reason you are in business in the first place.

Communicating on TV

What I realized today when giving a speech about Communicating on TV was this, be fresh, up to date, alive, interesting and captivating.  Your audience is looking to learn something, don’t repeat yourself, most important be clear and articulate, speak to educate and most of all be fun.

Follow Your Passion

What an amazing day.  I have been wondering what is the point for some time now.  Each morning I send out ships with powerful intentions about all aspects of my life.  What happens is when the return they don’t look like I wanted them to.

At times I have felt life was playing a big joke on me and I wasn’t getting the punch line.  The little voice in my head has continued to say hold the faith.  Boy over the last few years I think my faith has been really tested in staying the course.

I have to say what I thought was is not, that is where having the faith comes in.  Having the faith to know and accept there is a greater power that knows the bigger picture and what is best for your learner.  I sent out my ships about my passion when I was a young girl and didn’t even know it.  My passion is helping people heal from their pain and talking in public.  The best of both worlds have come true, I am speaking in public about tools and techniques for people to use to heal from the pain of the past.

At the same time I have found out new things about myself, I love to coach people about their business, for instance Intuitive Business Coaching.  It is awesome to help them see the bigger plan for their business and incorporate it and watch it flourish.

No matter what your Passion looks like to other, TRUST and Follow Your Passion.

As I sit and comtemplate what life means, I remind myself that I am the only one that can make myself happy.

If I currently don’t like something in my life then I must take action to create what makes me happy in my life.  Which means if my client load isn’t what I want it to be, then I need to network to let people know what my work is about to generate excitement for people to know they have options for their personal growth.

We have a tendency to BLAME everyone else around for our pain, once we have grown up and can make choices in our life then it is time for us to take responsibility for our pain and our growth.  Growth just simply means to remember and feel your JOY.  That is the ultimate growth.  Leave the pain behind and live fully of each moment of each day.

So the next time, you don’t like the outcome of a situation you are responsible for how you feel, it is about how you feel.  Choose JOY, do what it takes to feel your JOY.  Whether that means take a deep breathe, learn Yoga, takes herbs, read an inspiring book or listen to inspiring music.  BE HAPPY!

Where do our Fears come?  That is a good question, and one I believe has many asking the same question.  Are they beliefs from our ancestors, are they beliefs of what we as children witness, is it because we have lost faith, just where do they come from?  I think “where do they come from” is something many have pondered for a long time.  I know I have.  How about the fear of losing it all.  Let’s look at that for a minute, pretend you are sitting in the theater house, the curtain goes up, the stage is full of people, but to your surprise there you are on stage right in the middle of the fear.  All these people have come to play this part with you of your fear.

What does losing it all mean you shout from the stage, as you witness yourself standing on stage, you begin to look at this situation from a different perspective, now because you are watching it instead of living it.  Again, you on stage look around at the players on stage who gladly have played this part with you of being afraid of losing it all.  You ask “ALL” what does that mean?  Do you lose your hair, do you lose weight, do you lose your sense of humor, do you lose your bank account, do you lose your mind, do you lose your way.  What exactly have you lost when you say I’ve lost it all?

Having faith doesn’t seem to be enough at times in your life does it?  I think that is where our fear comes from, and that is that a higher power isn’t listening.  Again, let’s go back to the stage watching yourself afraid of what, I think our fears come from being judged by those around us.  The fear of looking stupid, not good enough is what gets in our way.  Now as we watch our self on stage see where within yourself you feel you aren’t good enough and you judge yourself.  You say things like you should have done it this way, you should have done this, you should have done that.  But the beauty of it all is you did it perfect, look at yourself on this stage again, can you see that having that experience is exactly what your higher power wanted you to have.  What we actually came here for as humans beings is to be a spiritual being having a human experience.  We get caught up in the make believe of it all, do we really lose it all.

Now say to yourself on stage that FEAR is really spelled False Evidence Appearing Real.  What happened on stage is we had it in our mind that IT should look at certain way and when it does not we tell ourselves we have failed.  Then we get caught up in the mess of the fear.

We always get to be right, and the players on the stage have proved you right time and time again.  What would happen if you just thanked them all for coming and playing those parts and you started laughing.  Go ahead witness yourself standing on stage now laughing at all of what you have created, fears and all.  Can you feel your fears while you are laughing, I can not?  Go ahead and shake everyone’s hand on stage and thank them for playing those parts, tell them what an outstanding actor or actress they are and give them their Oscar.  Now turn around and face the audience, thank them for coming and watching the show.  Create the next scene of your life, what will it be fear or LOVE.

Our higher power whatever you call your higher power  I choose to call my higher power God is sending us love all the time, matter of fact it is all LOVE, now see yourself on stage accepting LOVE as your Oscar.  Feel the LOVE.  What I feel is that we have these spiritual experiences to feel compassion for ourselves to then have compassion for the person that you listened to in the first place about your fears.  When you look at everyone on the stage and have compassion (not sympathy) for them and what they have created in their life then you awaken to the LOVE that is in your life.  We are all doing the best we can with our patterns.  The next time you get caught in your fears, what will you do with them.  Think about yourself on stage and that stage is called life.

Choose to do that pattern differently and see how that feels.  Remember FEAR is spelled False Evidence Appearing Real.  Have faith and believe in the unseen and unknown and know your are completely LOVED for just who you are.

Law of Attraction

How do we change our thoughts when we feel stuck in the mud that life sometimes slings at us?  First, we look at our intention and language.

These cornerstones of change are quick to pass over as insignificant. Yet, a simple technique of changing our language can change our results in life.

We’ve all heard a lot about positive thinking…and many ask the question “How do you find positive when you
are stuck in life and feeling unsupported, unloved and ignored? The first step is to try to imagine “What would I rather have in life?” at that moment (a reliable car, a new love, a new job).  Yet, this is only the beginning.

Using positive thinking alone to bring that desired option into reality would leave out the emotional and physical
world. By saying “I am a money magnet.” the body reacts strongly by bringing up all the experiences (remember EVERY experience we’ve had is stored in a cell in the body) that are in the way of that statement. This can feel quite uncomfortable, in a matter of moments when the body brings up all the times we let money or opportunities
to create money slip through our fingers.

Interestingly, it also brings up all the times we observed that in our family line through moments of time or stories (remember all the ‘hard luck’ stories from family – “I walked through snow to school with no shoes….” “We were so poor, we couldn’t even….”). In essence, the body disagrees with the positive statement through it’s storehouse of
experience. So, we throw up our hands in exasperation and say “See it doesn’t work.” and life continues as it always has.

Consider that the ‘gem’ in the discomfort is the motivation to change our lives and create what we want in life. All power in life is from within; it must be developed, unfolded, and cultivated.

Being receptive is acquired much in the same way physical strength comes from working out…or a good golf swing
comes from practice. As we demonstrate (practice) our new found knowledge we gain power in our lives. This is the result of our ability to think; therefore thought is the germination of all evolution in human consciousness.

As you intend what you want, pay little attention to the details of the physiological process involved.  Paying too much attention to the details actually inhibits the intended outcome from producing.  This takes a “trust in the process” that is acquired from an attitude of non-interference.

When we are anxious about falling asleep, we rarely get there. When we doubt a desired intention, we are actually sending out a self-defeating intention.

To be successful, hold in mind the next step necessary to your clear intention in life. Have confidence in the outcome. Add the word “able” to your positive intentions.   “I am able to be a money magnet.”  The body will go to a time of remembering when you were a money magnet and actually join with you to create more in your life. Thoughts are the materials we build with and the imagination is the mental workshop. The growth process brings together self-knowledge and self awareness. To manifest we must move through growth, change and flow in order to BE our best and create our visions.

Using blinking, breathing, and eye movement techniques  mimics a condition of sleep known as rem (rapid eye movement) sleep which happens several times per sleep cycle and is our body’s natural discharge mechanism. Accessing the whole mind/body system while in an awake state allows you to be in control of your own journey without reliving incidents. REMuses the natural blinking reflex to open up the neuropathways where energetic memories of our personal and inherited traumatic experiences are trapped. For instance, being
trapped in the birth canal, trapped in a car accident, or trapped in a relationship are all on the same
neuropathway.

You will be in a powerful position to create a new life reality for yourself. With your own discovery of new skills, ideas and experiences, you are less likely to repeat the “do what you’ve always done, get what you’ve always gotten” pattern of being stuck in your life. When you identify your nonproductive beliefs, you become aware of the
personal power you have within yourself and are able to change your life circumstances

Stress

Fear is at the base if it all!

There are many causes for being overweight and for being in low states

of health.  Each person has a unique set of responses to emotional states,

and to the sight, smell and taste of food.  For some, being overweight has

very little to do with food at all.

The key to being overweight for some may be an emotional response or

pattern in the subconscious mind that causes the body to store fat.

Thoughts, beliefs, and emotional patterns can run automatic responses and

rob the body of energy needed for the physical functions required for a

healthy body.  Anxiety caused by inner conflict related to any area of life

can by itself, have an effect on metabolism.

For others, the issue may actually be a form of substance abuse.  Many

people use food like a medicine to soothe anxieties.  Others may use

tobacco, prescription or street drugs, alcohol, shopping, gambling, or sex

to soothe their anxieties.  Very few of us know how to deal with feelings

directly.  We try to distract ourselves or avoid the feelings by looking for

relief outside of ourselves.

Even though each individual is very unique, there does seem to be a

common pattern in people who have addictions.

The block is in the self concept-manifesting a lack of self acceptance/love.

This is the source of most chronic anxieties.

During infancy, childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood we are

developing our self-concept.  We pick up powerful messages from the people

around us.  Some of these messages create limiting beliefs about who we are,

our capabilities, and body images.  These limiting beliefs are often faulty

and based upon the distorted opinions of people who do not recognize the

real truth about us.  Nevertheless, these beliefs act as powerful automatic

subconscious programs throughout life-repeating over and over.  If you are the

first child born you come to mimic your Father’s patterns, if you are the

second child born you come to mimic your Mother’s patterns, the third child

born you come to mimic the dysfunction in your parents relationship and the

fourth child born you have come to mimic the dysfunction in your families DNA.

If you are an only child you get to do IT all.  That means all of the patterns.

If there is a 5 year gap between children then the patterns start all over again.

Your birth holds so much information about the patterns you come to play out.

Did you know your financial lack/abundance comes from your birth.  As weird as that

May seem it does.

These old programs reside in the subconscious mind and automatically

stimulate behaviors like unhealthy eating habits/addictions to stimulants

whether it be from smoking or drugs/alcohol. Often we are unaware of

the belief systems held within our subconscious minds. The subconscious

program will not change until the underlying belief gets noticed and

replaced.  Using the latest empowerment techniques, these beliefs can be

altered and used by the subconscious mind to create a new healthier program

and set of patterns.

You may find these steps helpful in discovering and clearing your

limiting beliefs related to your body and health.  Follow them and you will

notice more success in all areas of life.

1.     Discover and Change Limiting Beliefs that pull you down.  Listen to

your self talk.  Notice any self criticism or negative comments about your

body, your abilities, or your actions. This will give you some leading clues

about the deeper limiting beliefs.

2.     Get familiar with your body.  Learn to acknowledge all of your

emotions. Learn to accept your feelings without judgment.  Pay particular

attention to the physical sensations that let you know that you feel guilty,

frustrated, or afraid.

3.     Learn and practice an effective strategy for dealing with your

feelings directly and changing old beliefs that no longer serve you. (self

criticism, overwhelm, worry, fears, sadness, blame, guilt, shame, grief, lack

etc).  Remember – All addictions and negative behaviors result from the

attempt to soothe anxieties (feelings) with unhealthy substances or

behavior.  I suggest that you learn (IRT) Immediate Release Technique for

this purpose.  It is painless, fast and easy to do.  I will be happy to

provide you with instructions upon request.

4.     Discover the positive intention of the part of you that generates the

desire to live out old patterns over and over again.  For

instance I have worked with people who were programmed to accumulate extra

fat to discourage people of the opposite sex from approaching them

romantically or even as protection from perceived danger of some kind.  You

may want some help to re-educate this part of your subconscious mind so that it

can be on the team with the parts of you that are ready to create a

healthier life.
